General rental terms

 

• The weekly rental runs from Saturday to Saturday : check in is after 5 p.m. and check out is before 10 a.m.

• Sheets and kitchen towels are supplied. Bath towels are not included, but can be rented for 7 Euros per person.

• Final cleaning fee and tourist tax: 150 Euros.

• There will be no refund in case of late arrival or early departure.

• The reservation becomes effective upon payment of the reservation fee (not refundable).

• A security deposit of 1000 Euros is required upon arrival. It is fully refundable provided that there is no damage to the house or its contents.

• Pets are not admitted.
